Step 1 — Read top stats cards
| Card | What it means | Alert sign |

| Total Requests | Join requests received | Drops suddenly while channel is active |
| DM Sent | Welcome messages delivered | Stagnates while requests rise |
| Approved | Accepted requests | Falls while requests stay high |
| Failed DMs | Delivery failures | Continuous increase |
Step 2 — Check affected linked channel
- Open linked channel row.
- Confirm it is enabled.
- Run one live test join-request flow.
Step 3 — Decide corrective action
If failures rise, regenerate code and relink or review bot permissions before traffic peaks.
Common mistakes
- Tracking approvals only and ignoring failed DMs.
- Not separating issues by channel source.
- Assuming one success test means issue is fixed for all users.
- Leaving stale codes active too long.
