Step 1 — Confirm all requirements

Step 2 — Toggle AI in Bots page
- Open the target bot card.
- Turn AI switch on.
- Wait for “Bot status updated” confirmation.
Step 3 — Verify in Fan Inbox
Open Fan Inbox and check one live thread to confirm AI + manual flow are both usable.
Common mistakes
- Trying to force AI before Starter plan is active.
- Ignoring wallet floor and seeing repeated blocked states.
- Assuming connected bot means business profile is fully connected.
- Not validating in Fan Inbox after toggle.
