Dashboard Filtering Playbook
Filtering is not cosmetic. It decides whether you are diagnosing one bot issue or an account-wide trend.

Step 1 — Set the right date window
- Choose a window that includes your last major script change.
- Use the same window when comparing before/after outcomes.
- Avoid mixing weekdays and weekend behavior in short tests.
Step 2 — Switch from All bots to one bot
- Check “All bots” first for total health.
- Select one bot to confirm if drop is localized.
- If one bot is weak, open Bots and Bot Configuration for that bot.
Step 3 — Log one clear finding
Write one sentence: scope, period, and main KPI impact. This keeps team decisions aligned.
Common mistakes
- Comparing two periods with different lengths.
- Leaving old bot selection active and forgetting it.
- Interpreting no recent sales as platform outage without bot-level check.
- Using too many micro windows in one day.
