Step 1 — Ensure active bot is selected

If no bot is active, the page shows a selection placeholder instead of threads.

Step 2 — Pick a conversation from sidebar

1. Use sidebar to find target fan thread.
2. Open thread and verify latest context.
3. Keep one thread focus until next action is complete.

Step 3 — Send message or intervene manually

Use composer and toolbar together: manual edits, corrections, and fast recovery when needed.

Common mistakes

• Trying to respond before selecting a thread.
• Switching bots mid-investigation and losing context.
• Ignoring wallet warning banners in message operations.
• Treating all threads the same instead of prioritizing live revenue conversations.
