Dashboard Overview Essentials
Use the dashboard as your daily control panel: revenue, conversion, AI activity, and recent sales in one view.
On this page
Step 1 — Read the top KPI row first
Start with Stars Earnings and Avg Stars / Sale. If revenue is flat but conversations are high, focus on scripts and offer quality.
- Stars Earnings = settled Stars for selected period.
- Avg Stars / Sale = Stars revenue divided by paid purchases.
- Chat Conversion = AI replies compared with sales.
- AI Conversations = activity in the rolling 24-hour window.
Step 2 — Validate trend in Telegram Stars Pulse
Use the chart to see if performance changes are isolated spikes or sustained trend changes.
- Match chart peaks with your campaign or script changes.
- If peaks appear without recent sales rows, verify date range and selected bot scope.
- If chart is flat for several days, review bot health and script activation.
Step 3 — Check Recent Stars Sales for ground truth
Recent sales is your fastest sanity check before changing configuration.
- Confirm there are recent purchases for the same period and bot scope.
- Compare amount consistency against your current script pricing.
- If no recent acquisitions appears, move to Bots and Scripts checks.
Common mistakes
- Making decisions from one KPI card without checking chart + recent sales.
- Forgetting date range is still set to an older window.
- Assuming “All bots” means every bot is healthy.
- Changing three things at once after one weak day.
