Billing: Subscriptions and Auto-recharge

Step 1 — Manage plan for one bot

1. Open Manage bot plan dialog.
2. Select bot and target plan tier.
3. Save and confirm plan update toast.

Step 2 — Configure auto-recharge safely

• Add payment method first.
• Enable auto-billing toggle.
• Set recharge amount aligned with monthly usage.

Step 3 — Audit History tab weekly

1. Filter by status (pending/completed/failed).
2. Check type: deposit, subscription, fee, adjustment.
3. Resolve failed charges before service impact.

Common mistakes

• Changing multiple bot plans without wallet check.
• Ignoring failed transactions in history.
• Assuming auto-recharge works without saved payment method.
• Forgetting that plan changes are per bot, not global.
