Step 1 — Check business profile badge

1. Connected state shows Business profile with username or connected label.
2. Pending state means still waiting on Telegram-side completion.
3. Action required state means reconnect process is needed.

Step 2 — Check AI status badge and helper text

If AI is blocked, the card explains whether the blocker is connection, setup, plan, or wallet.

Step 3 — Verify rename and delete readiness

• Rename: use pencil, Enter to save, Esc to cancel.
• Delete: confirm carefully, especially when plan is active.
• Keep bot list clean to avoid routing mistakes in other pages.

Common mistakes

• Trying to enable AI while business profile is still pending.
• Ignoring helper tooltip that lists blocker reason.
• Deleting the wrong bot because display names are inconsistent.
• Treating AI inactive as a scripts issue first.
