Fan Inbox Blocked States

Step 1 — Identify the exact blocker text

• “Business Connection Required” panel.
• “Business connection invalid” warning banner.
• Wallet blocked behavior in composer.

Step 2 — Resolve business connection issues

1. Go to Bots page from the panel link.
2. Reconnect business profile in Telegram Business settings.
3. Wait for new inbound fan message to finalize connection.

Step 3 — Resolve wallet or plan gates

1. Open Billing and add funds if balance is low.
2. Confirm plan is active for target bot.
3. Return to Fan Inbox and retest composer.

Common mistakes

• Trying to chat while blocker panel is still present.
• Fixing wallet but skipping plan check.
• Reconnecting bot without waiting for fresh inbound message.
• Assuming blocked state is a temporary visual glitch.
