Overview
A saved bot token and a Secretary Mode profile connection are different parts of setup. The bot in Telestars, the bot allowed in Secretary Mode, and the creator profile receiving fan messages must match.

- Read the current status shown in Telestars before changing configuration.
Step by step
- Open the bot in Telestars and note its exact Telegram username.
- Open Secretary Mode chatbot settings on the creator Telegram account and confirm that same bot is linked and enabled.
- Review reply permissions and the chats the bot is allowed to access.
- Send a real fan message to the linked creator profile, not only to the standalone bot chat.
- Return to Telestars, verify the connection, and confirm the conversation appears in Fan Inbox.
