Overview

Broadcast sends one operator-authored message to fans who are currently reachable through the selected Secretary Mode account. Telestars previews the eligible audience, tracks progress, and pauses safely when Telegram rate-limits delivery.

  • Choose Active fans, Buyers, or VIP and optionally narrow delivery with saved Lists.
  • Preview recipient count and message content before launch.
  • Monitor delivered, skipped, paused, and failed states.

Before you start

  • Select the Telegram account you intend to manage in the dashboard bot selector.
  • Confirm that the fan has sent a new message to the connected Secretary Mode profile.
  • Prepare Gallery media for the selected Telegram account before attaching it to a message.
  • Every recipient must have an eligible Secretary Mode conversation inside Telegram’s current reply window.
  • Every attached asset must be Telegram-ready for the selected bot.

Step by step

  1. Open Fan Inbox for the exact bot and select Broadcast.
  2. Choose Active fans, Buyers, or VIP, optionally select one or several Lists, and refresh Reachable now.
  3. Compose the text and attach any prepared free or paid Gallery media.
  4. Continue to confirmation and review the audience count, text, and media count.
  5. Launch once, then monitor delivered, skipped, rate-limited, completed, or failed progress before retrying anything.

How it works

These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.

What to knowTelestars behavior
Eligibility windowBroadcast only targets qualifying conversations with recent inbound activity inside the Telegram 24-hour reply window.
Audience definitionsBuyers have a recorded purchase; VIP fans have the VIP buyer segment; Active fans includes every currently eligible fan.
List targetingSelected Lists are combined, then intersected with the base audience and the 24-hour Telegram eligibility window.
Rate limitsWhen Telegram temporarily limits sends, the campaign pauses and resumes automatically while AI replies remain prioritized.
Retry behaviorAfter completion, failed recipients can be retried without resending to successful recipients.

Verify the result

  • Confirm the outgoing message appears in both the Fan Inbox and the intended Telegram conversation.
  • Check that the sender, media state, price, and purchase status are represented correctly.
  • Verify that every manual action stayed inside the selected bot and team-member scope.

Troubleshooting

If you see thisWhat to check
Reachable now is zeroConfirm fans messaged this Secretary Mode profile during the last 24 hours and match the selected audience.
Media readiness blocks launchPrepare every selected asset for this bot in Gallery, then reopen the broadcast.
Progress appears stalledDo not relaunch repeatedly. Reopen Broadcast for the current campaign and collect the bot, audience, screenshot, error, and approximate time if it does not recover.

Best practice

Keep the selected bot, fan, and current paid offer visible while replying so manual work never conflicts with the active Telegram conversation state.
