The fan details panel combines Telegram identity with commercial history and workspace-authored context. It helps operators understand the relationship without changing the authoritative delivery or purchase records.

Before you start
- Select the Telegram account you intend to manage in the dashboard bot selector.
- Confirm that the fan has sent a new message to the connected Secretary Mode profile.
- Prepare Gallery media for the selected Telegram account before attaching it to a message.
Step by step
- Open the fan conversation and expand the fan details panel.
- Review Telegram identity, recent activity, buyer segment, total spend, and purchase count.
- Inspect the PPV timeline and any visible Sell Link progression or evidence.
- Add or update custom fields for durable structured information.
- Write a concise private note for context that does not belong in the fan-facing chat.

Troubleshooting

| Media cannot be attached | Open Gallery for the same bot and wait until the asset is Telegram-ready before trying again. |
