How Gallery works after Scripts

Understand the native commercial order that completes every usable Script before autonomous bundle matching begins.

Overview

Gallery is the autonomous catalog used only after the complete Scripts journey is exhausted for a fan. It never competes with an active Script, Waiting Payment attempt, post-media sequence, or required rotation interval.

  • Know exactly when Gallery can become eligible.
  • Prevent a fan request from interrupting the current Script.
  • Understand why Gallery sends only on a normal inbound fan turn.

Before you start

  • Select the bot whose autonomous Gallery inventory you want to manage.
  • Upload and prepare the media assets before adding them to a bundle.
  • Understand that Gallery becomes eligible only after the complete Scripts-first path.

Step by step

  1. Review the fan conversation and identify any active Script step or Waiting Payment offer.
  2. Confirm all usable Scripts for that fan are completed or durably closed.
  3. Confirm no post-media message or Script rotation interval still owns the conversation.
  4. Check that at least one enabled, ready, unconsumed bundle remains.
  5. Send a normal fan message and verify Gallery matches only among currently eligible bundles.

How it works

These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.

What to knowTelestars behavior
Scripts-first orderEvery usable Script lifecycle completes before Gallery can take over the autonomous commercial path.
No interruptionA specific fan request cannot switch an active Script, step, Waiting Payment offer, follow-up, or rotation into Gallery.
Normal fan turnScript exhaustion or interval expiry never sends Gallery media without a new eligible inbound message.
No remaining bundleIf neither Scripts nor Gallery can continue, autonomous AI stops rather than creating endless free conversation.

Verify the result

  • No Gallery item is sent while a usable Script path remains.
  • The selected bundle is enabled, ready, relevant, and not previously consumed in the conversation.
  • The media appears only in response to a normal eligible fan turn.

Troubleshooting

If you see thisWhat to check
A bundle is visible but not selectedCheck enabled state, readiness, prior use, Script state, relevance, cooldown, and the current fan turn.
Paid media cannot be added or deliveredCheck the asset paid-delivery readiness and Secretary Mode permissions.
The same bundle appeared twiceConfirm the first attempt was actually delivered; only failed or provably unsent attempts stay eligible.

Best practice

Build small, well-grounded bundles with clear roles and distinct media context instead of relying on large generic inventories.
