Overview
The Fan Inbox is organized around the Telegram account selected in the dashboard. Search and audience filters narrow the list without changing the underlying conversation, while pins and archives help operators manage attention.
- Search fans by their visible name or Telegram username.
- Filter conversations by commercial and AI state.
- Use unread, Lists, pinned, and archived states without losing history.
Before you start
- Select the Telegram account you intend to manage in the dashboard bot selector.
- Confirm that the fan has sent a new message to the connected Secretary Mode profile.
- Prepare Gallery media for the selected Telegram account before attaching it to a message.
Step by step
- Open Fan Inbox and confirm the intended Telegram account is selected.
- Use Search fan to enter a name or Telegram username.
- Choose All fans, Spenders, VIP, Archived, AI active, or AI paused from the Audience filter.
- On Pro, choose a saved List to intersect that reusable audience with the current Inbox filter.
- Turn on Unread when you only want conversations that still need review.
- Open a conversation, pin it for quick access, or archive it when it no longer belongs in the active list.
How it works

Verify the result
- The selected filter returns only the expected audience.
- Unread changes when the conversation is reviewed.
- An archived conversation remains available under Archived and can be restored.
Troubleshooting

| A conversation is missing | Ask the fan to send a new message to the Secretary Mode profile, then refresh the selected bot. Telegram does not provide older private-chat history for import. |
| A reply cannot be sent | Check the Secretary Mode connection, the fan reply window, bot permissions, and the delivery-block reason shown in the composer. |
| Media cannot be attached | Open Gallery for the same bot and wait until the asset is Telegram-ready before trying again. |
Best practice
Use filters for workflow state and Search for identity. Combining both is faster than scrolling through every fan.
