Overview
Manual takeover is a per-conversation control. It pauses automated AI replies for the selected fan while leaving other conversations unchanged, then lets an authorized operator resume automation when the handoff is complete.
- Pause AI for one fan only.
- Reply manually while the conversation is under operator control.
- Resume AI after checking the active Script and delivery state.
Before you start
- Select the Telegram account you intend to manage in the dashboard bot selector.
- Confirm that the fan has sent a new message to the connected Secretary Mode profile.
- Prepare Gallery media for the selected Telegram account before attaching it to a message.
Step by step
- Open the fan conversation and review the current Script badge, latest messages, and any delivery warning.
- Select Pause AI in the conversation toolbar to begin manual takeover.
- Send the required manual replies and confirm each one is delivered in Telegram.
- Review whether a paid offer, Script continuation, or safety stop is still active.
- Select Resume AI only when the conversation is ready for automation to continue.
How it works

Verify the result
- Confirm the outgoing message appears in both the Fan Inbox and the intended Telegram conversation.
- Check that the sender, media state, price, and purchase status are represented correctly.
- Verify that every manual action stayed inside the selected bot and team-member scope.
Troubleshooting
