Overview
The message composer combines ordinary text with media already stored in the selected bot Gallery. Delivery presentation can be adjusted where Telegram supports it, while readiness checks prevent incompatible files from being sent blindly.
- Send text and emojis from the fan conversation.
- Attach one or several free Gallery assets.
- Choose an appropriate Telegram presentation for supported media.
Before you start
- Select the Telegram account you intend to manage in the dashboard bot selector.
- Confirm that the fan has sent a new message to the connected Secretary Mode profile.
- Prepare Gallery media for the selected Telegram account before attaching it to a message.
Step by step
- Open the intended fan and confirm that manual delivery is currently allowed.
- Write the text or caption and use the emoji picker if needed.
- Open Gallery from the composer and select the photo, video, or audio prepared for this bot.
- For supported single assets, choose spoiler or round-video presentation before sending.
- Preview the selection, send it, and verify the resulting bubble and Telegram delivery state.
How it works

Verify the result
- Confirm the outgoing message appears in both the Fan Inbox and the intended Telegram conversation.
- Check that the sender, media state, price, and purchase status are represented correctly.
- Verify that every manual action stayed inside the selected bot and team-member scope.
Troubleshooting

Best practice
Preview the exact delivery presentation before sending. A normal video, spoiler video, and round video create different Telegram experiences.
