Overview
A Gallery bundle is one ordered object built from media already available to the organization. Its title is internal, every item has a Free or Paid role, and its enabled state controls whether it can enter autonomous selection.
- Create a clearly named internal bundle.
- Add and order up to ten media items.
- Assign the correct Free or Paid role to every item.
Before you start
- Select the bot whose autonomous Gallery inventory you want to manage.
- Upload and prepare the media assets before adding them to a bundle.
- Understand that Gallery becomes eligible only after the complete Scripts-first path.
Step by step
- Open Gallery for the selected bot and choose New bundle.
- Enter an internal title that helps the team identify the content set.
- Select between one and ten media assets from the organization Gallery.
- Order the media and assign Free or Paid to each item.
- Configure Content tier and the Stars range when the bundle contains Paid media, then save it.
How it works
These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.
| What to know | Telestars behavior |
|---|---|
| Bundle size | A bundle contains between one and ten ordered media items. |
| Internal title | The saved title helps the team manage inventory and is never used as fan-visible sales copy. |
| Media roles | Each item is explicitly assigned Free or Paid by the client. |
| No automatic pairing | Telestars never attaches Free media to Paid media unless both were deliberately saved in the same bundle. |
Verify the result
- Confirm the bundle has one to ten ordered, ready media items and the intended Free or Paid roles.
- Check its enabled state, Content tier, and Stars range where Paid media is present.
- Test only after the fan has no active Script, Waiting Payment, follow-up, or rotation interval.
Troubleshooting
| If you see this | What to check |
|---|---|
| The bundle cannot be saved | Check the title, item count, role assignments, price ordering, and media readiness messages. |
| An intended media item is missing | Confirm the asset belongs to the organization and has completed Gallery preparation. |
| The title appeared in a fan message | Review the actual caption source; the internal bundle title is not intended as fan-visible copy. |
Best practice
Use internal titles for team clarity and let the live media caption carry the fan-facing sales message.
