How Scripts work

Understand the strict ordered sales journey that Telestars completes before autonomous Gallery selling begins.

Overview

Scripts are ordered sales journeys. Telestars keeps one current Script and one current step direction for a fan, then follows delivery, Waiting Payment, follow-ups, and rotation before moving to the next eligible path.

  • Understand why steps run in their configured order.
  • Know how Transition Timing and the autonomous actor shape Script progress.
  • See why Gallery cannot replace an active Script step.

Before you start

  • Select the bot and creator that will use the Script.
  • Prepare usable media in Gallery before adding media-based steps.
  • Decide whether the bot sells Telegram paid media or uses a configured Sell Link path.

Step by step

  1. Open Scripts and review the active Scripts for the selected bot.
  2. Open each Script and confirm the intended step order, media, caption mode, and price.
  3. Check Transition Timing and confirm the AI receives factual context for every media item.
  4. Test a conversation from warmup through one delivered step.
  5. Continue through purchase or the completed Waiting Payment attempt before expecting another Script or Gallery path.

How it works

These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.

What to knowTelestars behavior
OrderA Script runs step by step in its configured order.
One current directionThe next configured step remains the commercial direction while that Script is active.
Scripts firstGallery cannot interrupt Script warmup, a ready step, Waiting Payment, post-media follow-ups, or rotation.
Required exitA commercial state eventually delivers, closes, cools down, or stops with a real reason instead of chatting forever.

Verify the result

  • The fan receives no later step before the earlier one is completed or closed.
  • A direct request for another type of content does not switch the active product to Gallery.
  • The next product appears only on a normal eligible fan turn after the current state is complete.

Troubleshooting

If you see thisWhat to check
A Script exists but is not usedCheck that it is active, has usable steps, and meets the media or Sell Link requirements for the bot.
A step is due but does not sendCheck media readiness, Telegram permissions, manual takeover, active follow-ups, and the current Waiting Payment state.
The next step appears too earlyCheck Transition Timing, the full conversation, and whether the exact step was legally available for this fan.

Best practice

Treat Script order as product configuration, not a suggestion. Improve the conversation around the steps without changing their sequence.
