Overview

Telestars turns a connected Telegram bot into a sales and conversation workspace. Telegram carries the messages, while Telestars owns the creator context, script progression, media delivery, monetization route, and operator controls.

  • Know which setup surfaces must be completed before launch.
  • Understand the difference between transport, product content, and billing readiness.
  • Use the bot card as the final readiness and activation checkpoint.
  • Validate the launch on the real Telegram path.

Before you start

  • A Telestars workspace and permission to configure at least one bot.
  • Access to the Telegram account and the official @BotFather bot used for setup.
  • A Telegram Business profile with the Chatbots settings available.

Step by step

  1. Open Getting Started and review the complete launch checklist before changing individual settings.
  2. Create and connect the Telegram bot, then link it to the intended Telegram Business profile through Secretary Mode.
  3. Complete the creator profile and choose either Paid Media or Sell Link as the active sales mode.
  4. Prepare the media and activate a script that is valid for that selected mode.
  5. Fund the shared wallet when required, open My Bots, resolve the listed blockers, and enable AI.
  6. Send a message from a different Telegram account and inspect the resulting conversation in Fan Inbox.

How it works

These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.

What to knowTelestars behavior
Telegram transportThe bot token authenticates the bot, and Secretary Mode lets that bot act in private chats linked to the Telegram Business profile.
Product contextCreator information, active scripts, gallery assets, and the selected sales mode determine what the AI can say and sell.
Activation checkpointMy Bots evaluates runtime blockers and controls the per-bot AI switch; a paid subscription is not required to use the core AI stack.
Live verificationDashboard configuration alone does not prove Telegram delivery. A real inbound message confirms the full path.

Verify the result

  • You can identify the dashboard page responsible for every part of the launch.
  • The chosen bot, creator, mode, active script, and wallet all refer to the same workspace.
  • The first real test conversation appears in Fan Inbox.

Troubleshooting

If you see thisWhat to check
A setup control is unavailableCheck your workspace role and bot assignment. Wallet and subscription controls are restricted to owners and admins.
AI cannot be enabledExpand the bot card and follow each blocker link. Telestars checks the active sales mode, script readiness, creator profile, wallet, and any already-discovered Secretary connection.
The dashboard looks ready but no reply arrivesSend a new private message from another Telegram account, then verify Secretary permissions and the selected bot, script, and sales mode.

Best practice

Treat My Bots as the launch control panel: expand the bot card and follow its current blocker links instead of relying on an old checklist state.
