Overview
Telestars stops autonomous AI when no usable Script, valid Waiting Payment offer, legal next step, or eligible Gallery bundle can continue. This protects fans and clients from endless low-value conversation and invented products.
- Distinguish product exhaustion from a connection failure.
- Know which real events can make automation eligible again.
- Avoid clearing manual or safety ownership accidentally.
Before you start
- Select the exact bot, creator profile, and fan conversation affected by the issue.
- Keep the full recent Telegram conversation available while diagnosing.
- Read the current status shown in Telestars before changing configuration.
Step by step
- Open the conversation and confirm Telegram connection and reply permissions are healthy.
- Review every active Script and determine whether each one is completed, closed, or still blocked by a real temporary issue.
- Check for a valid active paid offer or legal next step that should continue before treating the path as exhausted.
- Review Gallery for an enabled, ready, relevant, unconsumed bundle.
- If no path remains, add or enable a genuine new product path and wait for the next normal eligible fan turn.
How it works
These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.
| What to know | Telestars behavior |
|---|---|
| Exhaustion meaning | No eligible Script or Gallery commercial path remains for that fan at the current time. |
| No relationship-only lane | Purchase history, warmth, or inferred intent alone does not keep autonomous conversation running. |
| Valid reopening | A new usable Script, legal active offer, ready Gallery bundle, or confirmed purchase of previously sent media can allow a fresh product-state check. |
| Protected ownership | A human takeover or confirmed safety stop is not cleared merely because new inventory appears. |
Verify the result
- Repeat the exact affected path with a new real Telegram inbound message.
- Confirm the expected reply or delivery is visible in both Telegram and Fan Inbox.
- Verify the fix did not change Script order, price, media, language, or purchase state.
Troubleshooting
| If you see this | What to check |
|---|---|
| New inventory was added but AI remains stopped | Confirm it is active, ready, relevant to this bot, and wait for a new fan inbound message. |
| A prior purchase did not restart AI | Only a newly confirmed purchase of paid media already sent in that conversation can trigger a new continuation check. |
| The conversation is under manual takeover | Release takeover intentionally when human ownership is complete; product inventory does not override it. |
Best practice
Diagnose from the exact fan conversation and current product state; changing creator style settings cannot repair a Telegram permission or delivery problem.
