Overview
Crypto top-up is available from the same Add funds flow as card payments. You select an amount and a precise asset/network pair, complete the external payment, and wait for blockchain confirmation before the wallet updates.
- Select an exact supported asset and network.
- Understand confirmation timing and network fees.
- Avoid sending on the wrong chain.
- Verify the resulting deposit in History.
Before you start
- An owner or admin role, because wallet, subscriptions, payment methods, and renewal controls are restricted billing data.
- At least one connected bot when you want to select or change a per-bot plan.
- A supported card or cryptocurrency when adding funds.
Step by step
- Open Billing, choose Add funds, and enter or select an amount that meets the minimum displayed in the dialog.
- Choose Crypto as the payment method.
- Select the exact asset/network pair shown in the product, such as a supported USDT, USDC, TON, ETH, or BTC route.
- Continue to the crypto payment page and send only the requested asset on the specified network.
- Return to Telestars and allow time for the required blockchain confirmation; network fees may reduce what leaves your sending wallet.
- Refresh Overview and inspect History until the matching deposit reaches Completed.
How it works
These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.
| What to know | Telestars behavior |
|---|---|
| Supported routes | The current dialog offers explicit asset/network combinations, including stablecoin and native-asset routes; the displayed list is authoritative. |
| Network precision | An asset name alone is not enough. The selected chain must match the payment route exactly. |
| Confirmation delay | The Telestars wallet updates after blockchain confirmation rather than immediately when the transfer is broadcast. |
| Fees | Blockchain network fees apply independently of the wallet credit and depend on the chosen route. |
Verify the result
- The sent asset and network exactly match the checkout instructions.
- History shows the deposit and its current confirmation status.
- The shared wallet balance increases only after the transaction is Completed.
Troubleshooting
| If you see this | What to check |
|---|---|
| The deposit is still Pending | Check the transaction on the relevant blockchain and wait for confirmations before opening another payment. |
| The amount received differs from the amount sent | Review network fees and the exact amount requested by the checkout, then compare the on-chain transaction details. |
| The wrong network was used | Do not send another transfer to the same destination. Preserve the transaction hash and contact support, noting that recovery may not be possible. |
Best practice
Use Billing as the source of truth for current prices, fee rates, thresholds, and plan availability; review History after every material payment or renewal change.
