Overview
Gallery is the reusable media library for scripts and sales. Assets can serve free script steps, previews, or paid offers, and Telestars prepares bot-specific Telegram variants before runtime delivery.
- Build a clean reusable media library.
- Assign assets to the correct free or paid role.
- Wait for Telegram preparation before launch.
- Replace broken assets before they can pause runtime delivery.
Before you start
- A Telestars workspace and permission to configure at least one bot.
- Access to the Telegram account and the official @BotFather bot used for setup.
- A Telegram Business profile with the Chatbots settings available.
- Know whether the bot will use Paid Media or Sell Link mode.
- Have permission to use every photo, video, or audio file you upload.
Step by step
- Open Gallery, select the target bot or creator context, and upload the first batch of source files.
- Give each asset a clear title and classify it for the intended use, such as a free script step, free preview, or paid content.
- Review processing and Telegram preparation states instead of assuming that a completed browser upload is ready to send.
- For Paid Media mode, select a compatible paid asset when building the paid script step and confirm its bot-specific variant is ready.
- For Sell Link mode, use optional free media to support the conversation but keep every script step free.
- Replace or retry any failed asset, then recheck the linked script before enabling AI.
How it works
These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.
| What to know | Telestars behavior |
|---|---|
| Reusable library | Gallery assets can be selected from script tooling instead of being uploaded again for every step. |
| Bot-specific preparation | Telestars stores Telegram-ready variants per bot; source storage success and Telegram delivery readiness are separate states. |
| Mode rules | Paid Media needs a real paid delivery route, while Sell Link scripts may use optional free media and cannot contain paid steps. |
| Delivery protection | A script-media delivery failure can pause AI and surface the affected asset or step from My Bots. |
Verify the result
- Every asset needed by the active script is visible in Gallery.
- Required Telegram preparation is ready for the target bot.
- The script step points to the intended asset and has no media-readiness warning.
Troubleshooting
| If you see this | What to check |
|---|---|
| An upload is complete but the script still says not ready | Wait for the bot-specific Telegram variant to finish, then refresh. Upload completion is not the final delivery state. |
| Telegram preparation failed | Retry preparation or upload a compatible replacement file; large or unsupported source variants may require optimization. |
| AI paused after trying to send media | Open the bot blocker, follow its Scripts or Gallery link, repair the highlighted asset or step, then deliberately re-enable AI. |
Best practice
Configure and validate one bot end to end before copying the setup to other bots. A real Telegram conversation is the final source of truth.
