Overview
Enabled controls availability, while readiness confirms that every required part can actually be delivered. A bundle can be saved as a draft or disabled without becoming eligible for fans.
- Distinguish enabled, disabled, draft, and blocked inventory.
- Resolve Free and Paid media delivery issues.
- Enable only bundles that are complete and intentional.
Before you start
- Select the bot whose autonomous Gallery inventory you want to manage.
- Upload and prepare the media assets before adding them to a bundle.
- Understand that Gallery becomes eligible only after the complete Scripts-first path.
Step by step
- Open the bundle and review the readiness panel.
- Resolve missing assets, blocked Free delivery, and any Paid delivery compatibility issue.
- Confirm the title, item count, role order, Content tier, and Paid Stars range where required.
- Turn on Enabled only after every intended item is ready.
- Return to the bundle list and confirm the computed status is active rather than draft or blocked.
How it works
These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.
| What to know | Telestars behavior |
|---|---|
| Disabled | The bundle remains in the workspace but stays outside autonomous selection. |
| Ready Free media | Every Free item must be deliverable as normal Telegram media. |
| Ready Paid media | Every Paid item must support the locked Telegram paid-media path. |
| Final eligibility | Enabled and ready are necessary but still do not override Scripts-first order, relevance, prior use, or cooldown. |
Verify the result
- The readiness panel shows no unresolved item or pricing issue.
- The bundle list shows Active only after Enabled is turned on.
- A disabled or blocked bundle never appears in a live autonomous offer.
Troubleshooting
| If you see this | What to check |
|---|---|
| A bundle is visible but not selected | Check enabled state, readiness, prior use, Script state, relevance, cooldown, and the current fan turn. |
| Paid media cannot be added or delivered | Check the asset paid-delivery readiness and Secretary Mode permissions. |
| The same bundle appeared twice | Confirm the first attempt was actually delivered; only failed or provably unsent attempts stay eligible. |
Best practice
Keep incomplete inventory disabled. A smaller ready catalog is safer and more useful than a large partially prepared one.
