Overview
Plans are configured per bot. The Information tab maintains the current feature matrix, monthly prices, and fee rates, while the Subscriptions tab shows what each bot uses now and whether its plan is standard, Stripe-billed, legacy wallet-billed, or included.
- Compare the live plan matrix without relying on stale rates.
- Choose the target bot before changing a plan.
- Understand the core capabilities available on Free.
- Recognize feature and billing differences on higher tiers.
Before you start
- An owner or admin role, because wallet, subscriptions, payment methods, and renewal controls are restricted billing data.
- At least one connected bot when you want to select or change a per-bot plan.
- A supported card or cryptocurrency when adding funds.
Step by step
- Open Billing → Information and review the current plan cards and complete feature matrix.
- Compare current monthly prices and both AI and manual-sale fee rows directly in the product.
- Identify the operational features needed by this bot, such as Welcome DM, creator statistics, or organization team management.
- Open Subscriptions, choose Manage on the intended bot, and confirm its current plan and billing source.
- Select Free, Starter, or Pro and read the displayed timing, payment, proration, and renewal summary before confirming.
- After the change, verify the bot row, period state, and History rather than assuming every plan transition is immediate.
How it works
These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.
| What to know | Telestars behavior |
|---|---|
| Core stack | My Bots, AI setup, scripts, Gallery, Fan Inbox, and Channel Flow are represented as available on the Free tier in the current plan guide. |
| Starter access | The current matrix adds capabilities such as Welcome DM and Creator Statistics and changes the displayed sales economics. |
| Pro access | The current matrix includes organization team management and the strongest fee tier shown in Billing. |
| Per-bot selection | A plan change affects the selected bot rather than automatically changing every bot in the organization. |
| Included plans | Some workspaces can show an included, locked Pro plan that does not behave like a normal monthly subscription. |
Verify the result
- The Manage dialog names the intended bot.
- You reviewed current price, feature, fee, payment-source, and timing details before confirming.
- Subscriptions shows the expected plan and status after the change completes.
Troubleshooting
| If you see this | What to check |
|---|---|
| The plan controls are locked | Check whether the bot has an included Pro entitlement or whether your role lacks billing access. |
| The selected feature is still unavailable | Confirm the correct bot was upgraded, the plan is Active rather than Pending or Past due, and the feature appears in the current matrix. |
| A lower plan did not apply immediately | Read the pending effective date. Some downgrades preserve current access until the end of the paid period. |
Best practice
Read the live Information tab immediately before choosing a tier. Prices, percentages, and entitlement details are product values and should not be copied from old screenshots.
