Overview

Channel Flow treats the channel as the destination and the publisher bot as the technical identity that posts. After verifying administrator rights, you can run ordered text, media, paid media, URL button, and delay steps once or in a continuous loop.

  • Connect the intended channel and publisher bot.
  • Build and preview an ordered posting sequence.
  • Save, start, pause, and optionally loop the flow safely.

Before you start

  • Choose the Telegram trigger and destination before building message steps.
  • Prepare every Gallery asset for the bot that will deliver it.
  • Use a test account to validate the complete Telegram path before enabling live traffic.

Step by step

  1. Open Channel Flow, choose a publisher bot, and add it to the destination channel as an administrator with Post messages permission.
  2. Enter the channel reference and flow name, then select Verify & connect.
  3. Add text, Gallery media, paid media where the channel allows it, URL buttons, and delays in the intended order.
  4. Choose whether Continuous loop is on, preview the channel sequence, and resolve connection or content errors.
  5. Save the draft, select Start when ready, and use Pause before changing a live sequence or publisher.

How it works

These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.

What to knowTelestars behavior
ChannelThe channel is the destination and commercial surface for the published posts.
Publisher botThe publisher supplies the Telegram token and must remain a channel administrator with posting permission.
Flow stateSave draft pauses the flow; Start schedules step zero; Pause removes queued continuation work.
LoopWith looping enabled, a completed sequence schedules its next cycle according to the saved delays.

Verify the result

  • Trigger the workflow from Telegram and confirm each configured step arrives once and in order.
  • Confirm media, buttons, delays, and paid state match the builder preview.
  • Verify that saving, starting, pausing, or disabling the workflow leaves a clear dashboard status.

Troubleshooting

If you see thisWhat to check
Publisher verification failsConfirm the exact channel, administrator status, and Post messages permission, then verify again.
Paid media is blockedCheck that the channel allows paid media and every selected asset is prepared for the publisher bot.
Changes do not appear in the channelConfirm the edited version was started after saving and that the flow is not paused.

Best practice

Test one trigger, one destination, and one complete sequence at a time before adding paid media or longer delays.
