Overview
AI activation stays in Bots. While AI is enabled, Full AI Mode lets Telestars manage every eligible conversation. Hybrid Mode starts with AI and creates a durable team handoff as soon as the selected Stars-spend or relationship-age rule matches.
- Keep AI activation separate from the selected reply strategy.
- Hand high-value or established Telegram fans to the team automatically.
- Know exactly when AI stops and how a conversation can return to Full AI.
Before you start
- Select the exact Telegram bot and creator profile you want to configure.
- Make sure the bot has a usable Secretary Mode setup for live creator-profile conversations.
- Prepare at least one active, usable Script before enabling AI for production traffic.
- Hybrid Mode requires the Pro plan for the selected bot.
- Choose at least one handoff rule: confirmed Stars spent or relationship age.
Step by step
- Open AI Persona for the selected Telegram bot and stay on the General tab.
- Under AI mode, choose Full AI Mode for continuous automation or Hybrid Mode for automatic team handoff.
- For Hybrid Mode, enable Total Stars spent, Relationship age, or both.
- Enter the Stars threshold or choose a relationship duration in days, weeks, months, or years.
- If both rules are enabled, choose OR when either rule may trigger the handoff, or AND when both rules must match.
- Save and activate the mode, then confirm a matching fan appears under Needs Team in Fan Inbox.
- To return a handed-off conversation to AI, switch the bot to Full AI Mode first and explicitly resume AI from that conversation.
How it works
These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.

Verify the result
- A fan below every configured threshold still receives eligible AI replies.
- A matching fan is handed to the team without receiving another AI or post-purchase follow-up.
- Switching the bot mode does not silently resume conversations already handed to the team.
Troubleshooting

Use Full AI for hands-free operation. Use Hybrid when your team has a clear workflow for taking over valuable or established fans quickly.
