Overview
The public leaderboard is an opt-in community view of organization sales performance. The feature board is a separate workspace resource where each organization can submit ideas, cast its vote, and follow product status.
- Choose whether the workspace appears publicly.
- Read and share the correct leaderboard period.
- Submit and vote on product ideas without duplicating requests.
Before you start
- Select the exact Telegram account that should own the tracking or community action.
- Use public Telegram usernames for profiles and bots that fans must open.
- Test the complete fan journey with a separate Telegram account before distributing a link.
Step by step
- Open Leaderboard and confirm whether the current workspace is opted in to public ranking.
- Choose the intended period and read Rank, Stars, Sales, and Average sale within that one window.
- Open Share to copy the ranking link or create the downloadable ranking card.
- Open Request Features from Resources and search the Idea, In progress, and Done columns before creating a request.
- Submit a concise title and useful details, or add the workspace vote to an existing request.
How it works
These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.
| What to know | Telestars behavior |
|---|---|
| Opt-in | A workspace controls whether it participates in the public leaderboard. |
| Period scope | Rank, Stars, Sales, and Average sale are recalculated for the selected leaderboard window. |
| Share card | The generated image and share link represent the selected organization, period, and live rank context. |
| Workspace vote | A feature request has at most one active vote from the same organization, and that vote can be removed. |
Verify the result
- The public link opens the exact Telegram destination configured for the selected account.
- A test fan completes every required Telegram action before attribution is expected.
- Campaign metrics are read with the same date range and manual spend assumptions.
Troubleshooting
| If you see this | What to check |
|---|---|
| A tracking link records clicks but no conversation | Complete the selected Direct Profile or Start With Bot journey, including the final fan message to the exact Secretary profile. |
| Revenue is not attributed | Check the attribution window, selected destination profile, fan identity, and whether a qualifying purchase occurred in that conversation. |
| A public growth page shows no data | Confirm the workspace opted in where required and that qualifying activity occurred in the selected period. |
Best practice
Use the leaderboard for community benchmarking, not as a substitute for the account-level analytics that explain conversion, attribution, and team context.
