Overview
TeleFans Studio reports activity across the creator page and feed while keeping content and campaign status visible. The fastest diagnosis starts with page readiness, then the individual post, Vault, or campaign state.
- Interpret page views, feed views, followers, likes, unlocks, and Stars.
- Separate content publication issues from campaign delivery issues.
- Resolve the most common creator-page readiness blockers.
Before you start
- Select the creator bot that owns the TeleFans page and Gallery content.
- Prepare an avatar, cover, and at least one media asset before publishing.
- Use a verified Telegram session when testing the fan-facing Mini App experience.
Step by step
- Open TeleFans Studio for the exact creator bot and choose the reporting period shown by the page.
- Review profile views, feed views, followers, likes, unlocks, and Stars earned together.
- Check the board state of any missing post: draft, scheduled, published, or archived.
- Review page readiness, wallet eligibility for paid features, and each selected asset before republishing.
- For campaign issues, open Campaigns and inspect its recipient count, schedule, progress, and failure state separately.
How it works
These are the product rules and states that matter for this workflow.
| What to know | Telestars behavior |
|---|---|
| Views | Profile and feed views measure different fan surfaces and should not be treated as purchases. |
| Unlocks | Unlocks represent recorded paid-post purchases, while Stars earned reports their value. |
| Followers and likes | These are fan engagement actions tied to verified Telegram identities. |
| Paid-feature fee | TeleFans paid media uses its own 5% product fee, distinct from AI and manual Inbox sales. |
Verify the result
- Open the public TeleFans page from Telegram and confirm the creator identity and feed match Studio.
- Test free viewing, a paid unlock where configured, and the DM destination with a separate fan account.
- Confirm scheduled content, rewards, and campaigns remain scoped to the selected creator bot.
Troubleshooting
| If you see this | What to check |
|---|---|
| The public page is unavailable | Confirm it is published and that its slug, DM link, avatar, cover, and first post remain valid. |
| A metric looks lower than expected | Confirm the selected creator bot, reporting window, and whether the event was a view, follow, like, or purchase. |
| A campaign shows failures | Inspect its delivery status and Telegram eligibility rather than changing the creator-page publishing state. |
Best practice
Read engagement and revenue together: a view is not an unlock, and a follow is not automatically an eligible campaign delivery.
